The only time an admin user will be charged in your monthly subscription is if the admin user adds themselves as an employee or contractor and rosters themselves to a shift.

So, besides our starter plan which is free – the premium plan has a minimum monthly spend of $55 plus GST per invoice. This helps us cover some upfront set-up costs as well as ongoing tech assistance in order to make sure things run smoothly!
An active, personnel is someone that has an employment type of employee, independent contractor or an external employee that is currently working for your business and has a profile in your Cerely account.
If a person leaves your business, you can deactivate them without losing their profile and reactivate them if or when they come back.
You will only get charged for active personnel that are rostered to a shift within the billing month.
No, you cancel your monthly plan at any time upon providing 30 days’ notice. You’ll pay for your current plan until the end of the 30 days. You will retain full access to your account until your cancelled plan expires.
The currency is determined by the country in which your account has been set up during signup.
Customers located in Australia and New Zealand will be billed in Australian Dollars, customers in the United Kingdom will be billed in British Pounds and those in the United States will be billed in US Dollars.
